NEOS Engineering are working with a well-established contractor operating across quarry and heavy industrial sites in the South West. They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee quarry-based operations around Bristol.

The Role
You will manage day-to-day site operations, supervising engineers, welders and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with compliance standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing quarry and industrial site operations
• Supervising engineering teams and subcontractors
• Ensuring health & safety and site compliance
• Coordinating maintenance and project works
• Liaising with clients and management teams
• Managing RAMS and permits to work
• Driving productivity and operational performance

The Candidate

• Experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor within quarrying, heavy plant or industrial environments
• Strong understanding of quarry operations and safety procedures
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Good leadership and communication skills

Essential Requirements

• SMSTS or SSSTS (SMSTS preferred)
• IOSH or NEBOSH
• CSCS Card
• Full UK Driving Licence

• £60,000 – £70,000 DOE
