Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be working with this Client, a highly regarded secondary school in Southwark, in their search for an enthusiastic and dedicated RE Teacher to join their successful Humanities department from September. This is a full-time fixed term opportunity for 1 full academic year, with interviews being arranged immediately.

The successful RE Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging Religious Education lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the ability to teach Key Stage 5 being advantageous. You will join a supportive and collaborative department committed to delivering high quality teaching and excellent outcomes for all learners.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Have experience teaching Religious Education within a secondary school setting
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a passion for Religious Education
- Have the ability to plan and deliver creative and inspiring lessons
- Be committed to raising attainment and supporting students of all abilities
- Possess excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Be a positive and proactive team player who contributes to wider school life

Salary for this position will be paid in line with the London MPS/UPS scale.
