Reach Truck Driver

Location: Hams Hall, Coleshill, Birmingham B46
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour | £15.20 per hour (late shift premium)
Overtime: Time and a half after 37.5 hours
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm

We are recruiting experienced Reach Truck Drivers for a leading logistics and e-commerce distribution centre based in Hams Hall, Coleshill, Birmingham (B46). As a Reach Truck Driver, you will support inbound warehouse operations, ensuring stock is safely received, stored and moved throughout the distribution centre. This is a dual-role position, combining Reach Truck operation with general warehouse duties when required.

• Operating a Reach Truck to move, store and retrieve pallets safely throughout the warehouse
• Carrying out pallet put-away and stock replenishment at heights exceeding 8 metres
• Loading and unloading inbound deliveries
• Supporting goods-in and inbound warehouse operations
• Completing inventory movements accurately and efficiently
• Following warehouse health and safety procedures at all times
• Assisting with general warehouse duties when required

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A valid and in-date Reach Truck licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent accredited certification)
• Previous experience operating a Reach Truck in a warehouse environment
• Experience working at heights above 8 metres
• Strong pallet put-away and retrieval experience
• Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures
• A flexible, reliable and team-focused approach
• Full Right to Work in the UK

This role operates on a rotating shift basis and candidates must be able to work all shifts below as required.

• 06:00 – 14:00
• 14:00-22:00
• 10:00 – 18:00
• 18:00 – 02:00

Some shifts operate on a 5 days from 7 rota basis.

• £14.00 per hour
• £15.20 per hour for hours worked after 22:00
