We are currently recruiting for a Reception Administrator to join a busy and professional site environment based in Coventry. This is a full‑time temporary role for an initial 6 months, with the possibility of becoming longer term.
This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and administration skills who enjoys being the first point of contact and supporting a wider office team.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Front of House
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and incoming calls
- Answer, screen and direct calls to the appropriate departments
- Welcome visitors in a friendly, professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries and visitor activity
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support to the office team as required
- Assist with data input and record maintenance during busy periods
- Support with filing, document preparation and calendar management
- Contribute to ad‑hoc tasks and projects as needed
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a reception, customer service or administrative role
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work proactively
- A positive, helpful attitude with strong attention to detail
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
