Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Receptionist Administrator to join their professional support team. Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and provide a professional front-of-house experience
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, manage enquiries, and direct messages appropriately
  • Scan, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Prepare letters, documentation, and correspondence for clients
  • Maintain visitor logs, meeting room bookings, and boardroom diaries
  • Update client information and prepare fee notes using Practice Management Software
  • Support the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including stationery and kitchen supplies
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding office facilities and maintenance requirements
  • Carry out general administrative support duties across the wider team
  • Assist with Fire Marshal responsibilities where required

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience within a busy office or professional services environment
  • Minimum of 4 National 5 qualifications (or equivalent), including English at Grade C or above
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office systems
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional, approachable, and client-focused attitude
  • High attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
