Berry Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our client, with the recruitment of a professional and customer‑focused Front of House Receptionist. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering a first‑class service and enjoys being the welcoming face of a corporate environment.
The Role
As the Front of House Receptionist, you will be responsible for delivering a polished, professional service to staff, visitors and clients at all levels. You will ensure the reception area runs smoothly, providing exceptional communication and organisational support throughout the day.
📝 Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls in a polite, courteous and professional manner, directing queries appropriately.
Manage high volumes of post including incoming/outgoing mail and arranging courier services.
Greet visitors warmly, set up meeting rooms, offer refreshments and ensure sign‑in procedures are followed.
Oversee the reception area and respond to general enquiries.
Book and manage meeting rooms and conference call requests.
Order weekly stationery through the purchase order system.
Act as the first point of contact for any office‑related issues, ensuring they are escalated or resolved appropriately.
Report any maintenance or Health & Safety concerns to the relevant teams.
Carry out daily cleaning and restocking of coffee machines.
