We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist & Facilities Assistant to join a busy and well-established site in Grangemouth. This is a 6-9 month contract covering a long-standing team member, offering excellent stability and the opportunity to become part of a friendly, supportive team.
As the Receptionist / Facilities Assistant, you will be:
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, and contractors
- Managing front desk reception duties, calls, and general enquiries
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and office viewings
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
- Monitoring building issues and liaising with the Property Surveyor
- Supporting basic facilities management, including upkeep of communal areas
- Assisting with health & safety tasks, including fire alarm testing and acting as a Fire Warden
- Opening and closing the site (including alarm setting/unsetting)
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front Desk, or Facilities role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organised, reliable, and proactive
- Comfortable managing a varied and hands-on workload
