Job Description
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and general front-of-house operations, delivering a professional and welcoming experience.
- Manage reception administration including post distribution, visitor registration, security procedures, and maintaining accurate records and reporting.
- Provide administrative support across departments, maintaining filing systems, corporate documents, and office records efficiently.
- Coordinate office facilities and supplies, including housekeeping standards, office consumables, equipment inventory, and catering/buffet requests.
- Support visitor and contractor compliance processes, including issuing badges, preparing invitation letters and visa documentation, and ensuring adherence to company procedures.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to maintain a professional and positive approach at all times.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage conflicting demands effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, particularly MS Word and Excel, with good knowledge of office systems and procedures.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment; First Aid training would be advantageous.
