Receptionist / Showroom Host – VW / Skoda  

Salary:  Market aligned salary 

Location:  Doncaster 

Hours: Saturday 8.30am - 5pm Sunday 12pm - 4pm

At JCT600, our Receptionists and Showroom Hosts are the first impression of our brand — professional, welcoming, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Based at our dealership, you’ll handle all incoming calls and greet visitors, ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards of service and professionalism. 

This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where your enthusiasm, energy, and commitment to service excellence will make every customer feel valued. 

Your day-to-day will include:

• Providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, ensuring they feel attended to and comfortable while on site.
• Managing incoming calls promptly and efficiently, connecting callers to the relevant person or department in line with brand standards.
• Using email and database systems to accurately record and distribute messages.
• Monitoring the switchboard and outgoing calls to track enquiry levels andmaintainsmooth communication.
• Supporting customers and visitors on-site, including offering refreshments andassistancewhereappropriate.

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and professional, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding service.
