Receptionist - Teesside

Position: Receptionist
Location: Stockton-on-Tees
Contract Type: Temporary - 2 days (further adhoc days may be required)
Start Date: May 27, 2026
End Date: May 29, 2026
Working Pattern: 8.00am-13.00pm

What You'll Do:
As the first point of contact for our clients valued customers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere at our dealership. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers with a warm smile 😊
• Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members 📞
• Managing appointments and ensuring a smooth flow of the day-to-day operations
• Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
• Providing information about our range of vehicles and services

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional and friendly demeanour
• Strong organisational abilities
• Proficiency in computer systems and basic office software
