Recovery Agent

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Recovery Driver’s Mate to join our vehicle recovery team.

Duties Include:

• Assisting the recovery driver at roadside breakdowns and accidents
• Helping load and unload vehicles safely
• Basic vehicle checks and securing vehicles for transport
• Communicating professionally with customers
• Keeping recovery vehicles and equipment clean and organised
• Supporting drivers during long-distance recoveries when required

Requirements:

• Good attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather
• Punctual and dependable
• Previous recovery or roadside experience is helpful but not essential
• Full UK driving licence preferred
