We are looking for a professional, organised, and reliable individual to join our growing team as a Recruiter & Compliance Officer.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a stable part-time role within a friendly and supportive office environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting recruitment activities and ensuring staff compliance requirements are maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Duties
- Handling recruitment enquiries via telephone and email
- Screening candidates and conducting initial conversations
- Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process
- Collecting and checking recruitment documentation
- Completing Right to Work (RTW) checks
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records
- Assisting with interview coordination and candidate communication
- Posting and monitoring job adverts on recruitment platforms
Compliance Duties
- Monitoring staff compliance and training requirements
- Ensuring eLearning training is completed on time
- Tracking expiry dates and compliance deadlines
- Producing and reviewing compliance reports
- Communicating effectively with staff regarding outstanding requirements
- Using email, mobile applications, and internal systems to maintain communication
- Ensuring personnel files and records remain accurate and up to date
- Producing timesheets and KPI evidence to support payroll and payment processes
- Maintaining accurate records of completed work and performance activity

- Have good manners and a positive attitude
Previous experience within recruitment, administration, compliance, healthcare staffing, or office support is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.

- This role requires in-person attendance at our Birmingham office
- Driving is not essential
