Join a prestigious automotive manufacturer where innovation, precision, and performance are at the heart of everything we do. Adecco are looking for a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to support our clients HR team in delivering a seamless, high-quality hiring experience.

The role is full time working 40hrs per week across Monday to Friday and is based in Woking, Surrey.


The Role

As a key member of the recruitment team, you will provide proactive administrative support across the full hiring life-cycle. You will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate journey while supporting hiring managers and maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.





Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a first-class recruitment administration service across the business
  • Manage job postings across multiple attraction platforms, selecting the most effective channels
  • Screen applications and shortlist candidates for hiring managers
  • Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, logistics, and compliance checks (e.g. right to work)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within recruitment systems
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the process
  • Track interview feedback and keep the recruitment pipeline moving efficiently

You will have:

  • Experience in a busy recruitment or HR support role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communication skills across all levels
  • Strong Excel skills (advanced functions desirable) and good PowerPoint knowledge
  • A proactive, resilient mindset with a "can-do" attitude
