About the Role

You’ll be working closely with both clients and candidates, helping businesses find the right people whilst building long-term relationships across specialist industries.

The role is heavily telephone-based, so confidence communicating with people and building rapport is essential. No two days are the same — from speaking with workshop staff to managers and project directors across the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with new and existing clients
  • Speaking with candidates daily via phone and video calls
  • Advertising vacancies and headhunting specialist talent
  • Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
  • Writing adverts, shortlists and candidate introductions
  • Developing knowledge across joinery, construction, marine and defence sectors

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
  • Motivated, resilient and self-driven personality
  • Good organisation and time management
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
  • Recruitment, sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not essential
