We're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our close‑knit temporary team in our West London (W3) office.

We specialise in high‑spec residential refurbishments and commercial fit‑out projects, working with a loyal client base that has secured a strong and consistent pipeline of work for 2026 and beyond.

The Role of a Recruitment Consultant

This role focuses primarily on placing construction trades and labour into roles with an established list of contractors. It's a fast‑paced position, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering results.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into temporary assignments
• Managing and growing relationships with contractors and clients
• Ensuring a high standard of service and compliance
• Building long‑term partnerships with workers and clients alike

Job Details

• Start Date: Immediate (flexible for the right person)
• Location: W3 (Acton), London - full‑time, office‑based
• Salary: On‑target earnings £40,000+
• Experience: Recruitment or sales experience preferred; construction knowledge is beneficial but not essential
