The Role

Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will receive hands-on training from experienced senior mentors and become an expert within the education recruitment sector.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates using multiple recruitment tools
• Writing and advertising job vacancies
• Headhunting high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, CV databases and job boards
• Conducting candidate interviews and registration meetings
• Building strong relationships with schools and hiring managers
• Managing the full recruitment process from interview to placement
• Generating leads and winning new business opportunities
• Using CRM systems to manage candidates and client activity
• Achieving weekly and monthly targets
• Building your own market presence and personal brand
