Are you an experienced Hospitality Recruitment Consultant looking for the flexibility of working from home while continuing to build a successful and rewarding recruitment career?

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Hospitality Recruitment Consultant to join a growing and successful team. This is a fully home-based role, offering the opportunity to manage and grow a busy temporary desk supplying chefs to restaurants, hotels, schools, and other hospitality venues across the North West.

Although the role is fully home-based, you will be required to travel into Manchester occasionally for client visits and monthly team meetings.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing a busy temporary recruitment desk, placing chefs into a wide range of hospitality environments across the North West.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and placing temporary chefs
  • Managing bookings and candidate availability
  • Developing existing client accounts and identifying new opportunities
  • Ensuring all candidates meet compliance requirements
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and workers
  • Managing recruitment activity through various recruitment platforms and databases
  • Supporting clients with both planned and last-minute staffing requirements

Although the role is fully home-based, you will be required to travel into Manchester occasionally for client visits and monthly team meetings.

About You

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 12 months' Hospitality Recruitment experience
  • Experience running a busy temporary recruitment desk
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
  • A solid understanding of recruitment compliance
  • Experience using recruitment platforms, CRM systems, and job boards
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
