The Role
- Winning and developing new business
- Managing client and candidate relationships
- Sourcing and placing high-quality candidates
- Managing temporary/permanent vacancies
- Negotiating offers and rates
- Achieving and exceeding sales and GP targets
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience in a 360 role
- Strong business development skills
- Target driven and commercially focused
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Motivated, proactive, and resilient attitude
