The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in connecting talented professionals with leading organisations across our specialist markets. You'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and managing recruitment processes from initial engagement through to successful placement.

This is a fast-paced, consultative sales role where no two days are the same. You'll be encouraged to take ownership of your desk, build your market presence, and develop into a trusted recruitment partner for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing new business opportunities through proactive sales activity.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy qualification to placement.
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Providing market insight and recruitment advice to clients.
  • Negotiating offers and managing recruitment processes through to completion.
  • Building a network within your specialist market and becoming a subject matter expert.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience within B2B sales, business development, account management, or recruitment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A commercial mindset with a passion for achieving results.
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
  • Knowledge or experience within the Property, Housing, Construction, or Real Estate sectors would be highly advantageous.
