We are recruiting for an Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join a flagship branch in Doncaster, working for a well-established and highly respected recruitment agency.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced team specialising in Industrial, Warehousing, and Production recruitment, where you'll inherit access to a substantial client base while having the autonomy to grow your own business.

The Role:

This is a true 360 Recruitment Consultant role where you'll be responsible for both sales and service delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing existing client relationships
• Generating new business opportunities through proactive sales activity
• Recruiting for Industrial, Warehousing, and Production vacancies
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
• Managing temporary workforce requirements
• Conducting client visits and building long-term partnerships
• Ensuring excellent service levels for both clients and candidates
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement

You'll be joining a busy and successful branch with a strong reputation in the local market and an established portfolio of clients to work with from day one.

About You;

We're keen to speak with recruiters who have:

• Previous recruitment agency experience
• Experience within Industrial recruitment is advantageous but not essential
• Strong sales and business development skills
• The ability to build lasting client and candidate relationships
• A proactive and target-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
