Our client, a successful Industrial & Transport/Logistics recruitment agency based in Avonmouth, Bristol, is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your desk, develop new business, and supply high-quality industrial staff to businesses across the Bristol area.

• 💰 Basic salary up to £35,000 (depending on experience)

• 📈 Uncapped commission – 10% of Gross Profit after threshold

The Role:

• Full 360 recruitment – business development, account management, and candidate sourcing

• Proactively developing new client relationships within the industrial & logistics sector

• Supplying temporary and permanent staff across Bristol and surrounding areas

• Managing client expectations and ensuring a first-class service

• Working to targets in a fast-paced environment

About You:

• Experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant (industrial/logistics background preferred, but not essential)

• Proven track record in sales / business development

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Resilient, proactive, and target-driven

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
