The Role

You will be responsible for managing a busy and rewarding desk focused on placing high-calibre graduates into permanent paralegal roles across leading law firms and in-house legal teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing a high-volume permanent desk
• Placing top-tier graduates into paralegal roles
• Working closely with a strong base of existing, warm clients
• Sourcing, screening and shortlisting high-quality candidates
• Building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Driving revenue through consistent billing activity
