We are currently looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Banbury.

This is a great opportunity for someone with recruitment or sales experience who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and managing their own desk within a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, supporting local businesses with their staffing requirements while sourcing and placing quality candidates.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates through job boards and social media
• Interviewing and registering candidates
• Matching candidates to suitable roles
• Managing bookings and maintaining strong communication with clients and workers
• Achieving weekly and monthly targets

• Previous recruitment or sales experience is desirable
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Good organisation and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A positive and motivated attitude
