Quay Group is looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team, working across luxury, ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW), and specialist markets.
Quay Group comprises of four specialist brands; Quay Crew, Quay Maritime, Quay Estates, and Quay Family Office. Together, these divisions deliver market-leading recruitment solutions across the superyacht, maritime, private household and family office sectors, providing a unique global network of luxury and UHNW clients.
Depending on experience and business needs, you’ll be placed within one of our specialist divisions, where you will play a key role in developing client relationships, delivering exceptional candidate experiences, and driving commercial growth within your market.

What You’ll Do
As a Recruitment Consultant within Quay Group, you will manage a specialist desk within yacht crew recruitment and/or UHNW land-based roles depending on experience and interest.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with captains, crew, UHNW clients, and private households
- Source, assess, and place high-calibre candidates across luxury and specialist markets
- Conduct interviews and detailed reference checks to ensure exceptional standards
- Proactively develop new business opportunities across Quay Group sectors
- Leverage existing networks while building new client relationships
- Stay informed on industry trends across yachting, UHNW, estates, and private staffing
What We’re Looking For
- Background in recruitment or sales with a proven track record of success
- Experience in yachting recruitment and/or UHNW, private household, or luxury markets is highly advantageous
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and results-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to build and manage a desk independently
- Based within commuting distance of Bournemouth (office-based during probation, hybrid thereafter)
