Are you an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both clients and candidates?

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Bradford. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a busy temps desk within a supportive and high-performing environment.

We are open to candidates from any fast-paced recruitment sector, whether your background is Industrial, Commercial, Driving, Healthcare, Hospitality, Logistics, or another high-volume recruitment market.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing and growing a busy temporary recruitment desk while delivering excellent service to both clients and candidates.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a fast-paced temps desk
• Building and developing client relationships
• Winning new business opportunities
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
• Managing bookings and candidate availability
• Delivering a high level of customer service
• Working towards individual and team targets

This is a busy and rewarding role that would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities.

About You:

• Previous recruitment experience is essential
• Experience managing a busy temps desk
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated and target-driven
• Organised with excellent time management
• A proactive and resilient approach
