💰 £32,000 – £35,000 Basic Salary + Commission

Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys building long-term client relationships and delivering outstanding customer service?

We are looking for a Recruitment Account Manager to join a successful and growing team based in Sale, Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience within Industrial or Manufacturing recruitment who enjoys managing existing accounts and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.

You will be recruiting blue-collar workers into long-term temp-to-perm opportunities, working closely with established clients and building strong candidate pipelines.

The Role

This is a client-focused recruitment role where you will be responsible for managing and developing existing accounts while ensuring excellent service delivery across all recruitment activity.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing recruitment campaigns for blue-collar temp-to-perm vacancies
  • Building strong relationships with existing clients
  • Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates
  • Managing candidate compliance and onboarding
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintaining regular communication with both clients and workers
  • Managing candidate availability and workforce planning
  • Supporting clients with staffing requirements and recruitment solutions

About You

  • Minimum 12 months’ recruitment agency experience
  • Ideally from an Industrial or Manufacturing recruitment background
  • Strong understanding of recruitment compliance processes
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator with a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
