Revolve Collective is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to take an active role in developing our Secondary Education desk across Birmingham.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing and developing a Secondary Education desk across Birmingham
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and education professionals
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality teaching staff
• Driving business development and winning new clients
• Managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy qualification to placement
• Delivering a consultative, high-quality service to both clients and candidates

What we’re looking for:

• Previous recruitment experience (education sector desirable)
• Proven ability to manage clients and candidates effectively
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
• Target-driven with a strong work ethic
• Organised, proactive, and self-motivated
• Ambitious and keen to progress
