What You’ll Do (360 Recruitment Consultant)
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, academies and MATs
- Source candidates via job boards, adverts, social media and headhunting
- Conduct telephone, virtual and face‑to‑face interviews
- Win new business through proactive outbound sales activity
- Fill urgent and temporary vacancies quickly and accurately
- Work towards weekly KPIs with full team support
Location: Manchester City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)
