This role is ideal for those with a little bit of 360 experience or ready to move from delivery or resourcing into a sales‑focused 360 recruitment desk.
The Role – Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)
- Manage and develop a 360 recruitment desk
- Build relationships with clients and candidates
- Source, screen and interview candidates
- Develop new business through sales activity and client meetings
- Fill vacancies quickly in a fast‑paced environment
- Work towards KPIs, targets and revenue goals
- Collaborate with compliance and wider teams
Location: Manchester City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced during school holidays)
Who We’re Looking For
- Resourcers, Delivery Consultants or Junior Recruitment Consultants
- Some recruitment experience (any sector)
- Motivated to step into a 360 recruitment role
- Confident, proactive and target‑driven
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Must hold a driving licence
