Tank Recruitment | Onsite - Truro, Cornwall | Full-time, Permanent Salary: £27,500 - £40,000 DOE + up to 30% uncapped commission (no threshold)

The Role

You'll run your own 360 Technology or Engineering recruitment desk, building lasting client relationships and placing candidates in high-demand markets. As you develop, you'll have the opportunity to mentor junior consultants, build new specialisms, and influence the direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow your own 360 recruitment desk

* Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates

* Identify and develop new market opportunities

* Support and mentor junior team members as your career progresses

What We're Looking For

* Experience in Technology, Engineering, or professional services recruitment (desirable but not essential as full training will be provided)

* A proven billing history and a commercially focused, results-driven mindset

* Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to take ownership of your desk and career

* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (required)
