Job Overview

New Recruits Professional Services Ltd is seeking an experienced, driven Branch Manager to lead and develop our Cowley, Oxford office. This is a hands-on, 360-degree role, ideal for someone with a strong background in recruitment or a similar sales-driven industry who enjoys building relationships, leading from the front, and growing a high-performing team.

You will manage a small team of consultants, while also remaining actively involved in business development, client management, and candidate delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full 360 recruitment management, from business development and client acquisition to candidate placement
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team of recruitment consultants
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive branch performance and revenue
  • Ensure compliance, high service standards, and recruitment best practice
  • Plan, prioritise, and manage workloads effectively to meet targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and recruitment activity reporting
  • Share on call rota and Out of Hours Mobile phone.
  • Must be Flexible to Liaise with Clients with Check-ins on site, (Earlier starts maybe required)
  • Take ownership and accountability for your branch progress and personal targets.

About You

  • Proven experience in recruitment or a closely related sales-driven industry
  • Be able to demonstrate Strong sales orientation with a results-focused mindset
  • Confident leader with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a small team
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Professional, articulate, and confident communicator
  • Computer literate, comfortable using CRM systems, Outlook, and recruitment software and Microsoft programs.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of branch performance
