Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Manage and grow a warm desk with existing live vacancies and active client accounts
• Negotiate offers, manage the recruitment process, and successfully close deals
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity through the CRM system
• Deliver a high-quality consultative service to clients and candidates alike

• Resilient, proactive, and eager to succeed
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
• No previous recruitment experience necessary, although is advantageous.
