Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage high-quality candidates using a variety of sourcing methods.

  • Manage candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

  • Interact with candidates over the phone with professionalism and confidence.

  • Work closely with experienced consultants to learn and grow your recruitment skills.

  • Track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.

  • Provide leads and market insights to the delivery team.

  • Maintain and update the in-house CRM system in line with company processes.
