At Jaxdene Solutions, we are a privately owned recruitment business based in Chatteris, specialising in Industrial, Engineering, Manufacturing and Driving recruitment across East Anglia and beyond.

Having traded successfully for over 10 years, we achieved over £10 million turnover in 2025 and continue to grow at pace. Last year alone we doubled both our team size and office space, and we have ambitious plans for the future.

We are now looking for a team of motivated and organised Recruitment Resourcers to join our growing team and support our Industrial and Driving division.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and working in a fast-paced environment, whether you already have recruitment experience or are looking to start a career within the industry.

The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will work closely with our Recruiters and Account Managers to help source, register and manage candidates for a variety of temporary and permanent positions.

You will play a key role in ensuring we attract and engage high-quality candidates while maintaining excellent service levels for both clients and workers.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and networking
• Speaking with candidates to discuss opportunities and assess suitability
• Conducting candidate registrations, compliance checks and right-to-work verification
• Writing and posting job adverts across multiple platforms
• Managing candidate availability and maintaining regular communication
• Building strong relationships with temporary workers and applicants
• Updating and maintaining accurate records within our ATS and CRM systems
• Supporting consultants with filling vacancies quickly and efficiently
• Assisting with payroll information, timesheets and general recruitment administration where required
• Supporting social media and candidate attraction campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Motivated and able to work in a busy environment
• Confident speaking with people over the phone and face-to-face
• A positive and proactive attitude
• IT confident and comfortable using systems and databases
• Previous recruitment, customer service or administration experience would be beneficial, but not essential
• Full training will be provided for the right person
