Key Responsibilities
- Sorting and separating recyclable materials.
- Loading and unloading vehicles, skips, and containers.
- Identifying and processing different waste streams correctly.
- Operating recycling equipment safely.
- Sweeping and cleaning work areas to maintain site cleanliness.
- Carrying out general housekeeping duties across the facility.
- Keeping walkways, recycling bays, and loading areas free from hazards.
- Following Health & Safety and Environmental procedures at all times.
- Working as part of a team to achieve daily operational targets.
- Reporting equipment faults, hazards, and incidents promptly.
- Assisting customers and visitors when required.
