Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer

Our client, a well-established refrigeration and AC contractor based in London is on the hunt for a driven, dynamic and professional Engineer to join the team on their growth journey. Leaders in commercial projects they also undertake residential work.

Born almost 30 years ago they have cemented themselves as a key player in the service, installation and sales within in the refrigeration and AC sector. A family run business who pride themselves on the level of project management and service they provide to their clients.

As a part of their expansion over the years their service area grew with it now covering London and the home counties. You will be based out of their Head Office in Central London with commute time and costs covered within the package.

We are looking for a professional, motivated and proactive Engineer to come on board and assist with the projects they are currently working on, as well as the very exciting projects in the pipeline. You will join a small team of talented Engineers and be provided all the resources to carry out your role effectively and continue providing the highest standard of service.

The role will allow you to develop your skill both as an Engineer but also as a leader with great progression opportunities in the future.

With summer being a busy period for our client you will be required to management multiple tasks and projects in sometimes fast-moving scenarios. You will work as a team to troubleshoot and rectify issues which may occur as a part of their client’s service plans.

So what are we looking for?

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds equivalent (Required)
• F-Gas (Required)
• IPAF (desirable)
• First aid at work (desirable)
• Skills Cards
• DBS (pass DBS due to commercial clients)

Your approach and interpersonal skills are also highly regarded in this role to ensure the reputation is maintained.

You will be a part of a tight nit team who are focused on the level of work and service they provide. You will be reporting into the Senior Engineers daily as well as the General Manager.

This role would suit an aspiring leader who is looking to step up from an Engineer into the role as Senior Engineer over the next 24 months. You will be focused on your role and progression and committed to highest level work.
