We are currently seeking an experienced Mobile Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing service team covering London and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for strong earning potential, varied work, and a supportive package.
The Role
You will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems across a portfolio of retail and hotel contracts. The role is field-based, providing a mix of planned and reactive maintenance with excellent exposure to a range of commercial environments.
You’ll be part of a well-structured on-call rota, ensuring customers receive a reliable 24/7 service.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintenance, and breakdown response on commercial refrigeration systems
- Working across retail stores and hotel sites throughout London
- Fault finding and diagnostics on a range of refrigeration equipment
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within compliance requirements
- Completing digital job reports via company-provided iPad
- Providing excellent customer service on-site
- £48,000 basic salary
- Plenty of overtime available (strong earning potential)
- On-call rota: 1 in 4 to 1 in 6
- On-call allowance: £150 per week
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays

- Stable contracts across retail and hotel sectors
- Experience as a commercial refrigeration engineer
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently in a mobile role
- Good customer-facing approach
- Full UK driving licence
- Relevant refrigeration qualifications (e.g. F-Gas Category 1 preferred)
