Site dependant - £12.79 - £14.00 per hour

We're looking for Experienced Refuse Operatives (Bin Workers/Loaders) to collect and dispose of residential and commercial waste and recycling. If you're fit, reliable, and enjoy being outdoors, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You'll Do:

• Collect household and commercial bins, bags, and recycling containers from kerbsides.
• Manually load refuse into vehicles and operate bin-lifting mechanisms safely.
• Assist drivers by acting as a reversing spotter and guiding vehicles in tight spaces.
• Sweep up spillages and return emptied containers to the edge of properties.
• Report blocked access, contaminated bins, missed collections, or damaged equipment.
• Follow all health, safety, and highway regulations at all times.

What We're Looking For:

• Physically fit and able to walk up to 10 miles a day, lift heavy objects, and work in all weather conditions.
• Team player with a reliable work ethic.
• Willingness to wear proper PPE, including high-visibility clothing and safety footwear.
