Refuse Loader

IMH Recruitment are looking for a reliable Refuse Collector to work on behalf of our client based in Hellaby, Rotherham to start as soon as possible.

This is a hands-on, outdoor role and would suit someone reliable who enjoys physical work.

Duties include:

• Collect waste and recycling from domestic and commercial properties
• Empty litter bins and clear litter
• Report issues like fly tipping and potholes
• Assist with container delivery and vehicle safety
• Support street cleaning
• Operating basic tools, plant, and equipment (training provided if required).
• Manual handling and physical work in all weather conditions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in waste, refuse, grounds maintenance, or labouring role.
• Able to provide an up to date CV will full employment history and referencing contact information for any employment history in the last 3 years.
• Ability to work outdoors and carry out physical tasks.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Good understanding of health & safety.
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
• Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle.

Hours:

- Monday - Friday (You may be required to work weekends as and when needed)
- Up to 37 hours per week between the hours of 7am-3pm
(on occasion you may need to start at 6am)
- £13.58 Per Hour (increases after probation)
- Weekly pay whilst through the agency!
