This is a strategically important appointment to maintain and increase sales growth in the North & Scotland. They are looking for a UK Sales Manager to manage an existing and lapsed portfolio of clients within a B2B Continuing the relationship to from B2B2C.
As the UK Sales Manager you will be self-motivated and enjoy the autonomy of working in a field-based role. Enjoy building long-term relationships, understands agricultural machinery combining commercial acumen with practical market support.
The Role
Manage and grow sales products across Scotland and Northern England.
Maintain, build and develop long-term working relationships with dealers, key customers and end users across the territory.
Identify new business opportunities and support dealer development in line with company objectives.
Provide product, application and commercial support to dealers and customers.
Work with internal to ensure professional follow-up and customer satisfaction.
What they are looking for
- Proven B2B Sales professional within experience in agricultural or machinery industry.
- Experience of building rapport long term relationships with a diverse range of B2B & B2C clients
- Excellent commercial acumen and a proactive approach to territory management;
- Aptitude for selling on value rather than price
- Self-motivated & self-managed
- Target driven
- Happy for field base role#
