Delta Personnel is searching for a Regional Service Delivery Manager for a multi site engineering and automation support operation covering sites across Kettering, Reading, London and Bardon, with occasional travel to Romania.

£65,000 basic salary plus company car or £5,763 car allowance, alongside a KPI bonus of up to £4,000 per year.

This is a hybrid role working closely with engineering, operational and customer teams across multiple automated warehouse and logistics environments.

The role will be responsible for managing customer relationships, operational performance, service delivery and engineering support activities across several sites within the region.

Candidates located within approximately 30 miles of Kettering are preferred due to regular travel requirements between sites.

We’re after commercially aware and customer focused managers with experience operating within engineering, technical service, automation, logistics, facilities or operational service environments.

The role

  • Managing multiple customer sites across the region
  • Leading Site Managers, Supervisors, Field Service Managers and engineering teams
  • Managing customer relationships and acting as the regional escalation point
  • Supporting operational performance, KPIs and SLAs across sites
  • Leading customer review meetings and performance discussions
  • Supporting cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives
  • Working closely with operational and engineering teams across the business
  • Supporting health & safety, compliance and operational standards
  • Supporting forecasting, budgets and commercial reviews
  • Managing service delivery across resident engineering and support operations

Requirements

  • Experience managing customer relationships within technical, engineering or operational environments
  • Multi site operational or service delivery management experience
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of KPIs, SLAs and operational performance
  • Engineering or technical understanding/background
  • Experience managing escalations and operational issues
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Comfortable travelling between multiple sites
