Children’s Registered Home Manager
Up to £78,000 per annum (inclusive of bonuses) £5000 Welcome Bonus
Full-time, permanent | 40 hours per week

We are recruiting an experienced Children’s Registered Home Manager to lead a residential children’s service supporting young people who have experienced complex trauma, abuse, and are displaying Harmful Sexual Behaviours (HSB).

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a motivated, child-focused professional ready to deliver high-quality care, strong outcomes, and regulatory excellence.

The Role

You will have full operational responsibility for the children’s home, including:

  • Leading and managing the staff team
  • Ensuring safeguarding, care planning, and risk management are robust and effective
  • Driving high standards of care and positive outcomes for children and young people
  • Working closely with education providers and multidisciplinary professionals
  • Managing performance, KPIs, and regulatory compliance
  • Preparing for and responding to Ofsted inspections
  • Contributing to service development and continuous improvement

Working Pattern

  • 40 hours per week, based on a fixed rota

About You

We are keen to speak with candidates who:

  • Are an existing Registered Manager, or
  • Have at least 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager in children’s residential care and are ready to step up
  • Have strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Are committed to trauma-informed and therapeutic practice
  • Are passionate about delivering the best possible outcomes for children
