The Role
As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance in line with Ofsted regulations. You’ll lead, develop, and inspire your team while creating a safe, nurturing environment for young people.

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ management experience within children’s residential homes
  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Children and Young People / Children’s Residential (On in Progress)
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and procedures, with previous Ofsted registration
