We're working with a highly regarded care provider to recruit a Registered Manager for a small residential care home in Llanrwst.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective leadership and day-to-day management of the home
  • Maintain high standards of care, compliance, and resident wellbeing
  • Lead, motivate, and develop an established staff team
  • Ensure continued compliance with CIW regulations and best practice
  • Build positive relationships with residents, relatives, professionals, and stakeholders
  • Drive a positive culture focused on person-centred care and continuous improvement
  • Oversee occupancy, budgets, and operational performance

About You

  • Current Registered Manager experience within a care home setting, or
  • Experienced Deputy Manager looking to step into their first Registered Manager role
  • Strong knowledge of CIW regulations and care standards
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
  • Committed to maintaining and enhancing an already successful service
