Total Package: £60,364 - £73,808 + 30% Long-Term Bonus
We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 7-bed children's home supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
This is a role where the impact is real and visible every day. You'll be part of the highs, the challenges, and those small but powerful moments that truly change a young person's life.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring a safe, nurturing and structured environment for both young people and staff.
You'll:
- Lead and develop a high-performing care team
- Ensure full Ofsted compliance and quality standards
- Oversee care planning and outcomes for young people
- Manage referrals and admissions
- Create a culture where young people feel secure, supported and motivated
You'll be supported by a wider multidisciplinary team including Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and clinical specialists, ensuring a truly holistic approach to care.
What You'll Get

- Base salary: £51,331 - £63,553
- Annual bonus: 10% of salary
- On-call allowance: £2,500 (approx. 10 weekends per year)
- Attendance allowance: £1,400
- Long-term incentive: 30% of salary accrued annually (paid as a future lump sum)
- Total package: Up to £73,808
