We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead an established domiciliary branch based in Mansfield. The role has become available due to continued growth and branch expansion.

The company requires a confident leader with previous management experience within domiciliary care, a passion for business growth and the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
 
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
  • Proven ability to grow and develop services
  • Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering quality care
  • Experience managing teams and driving performance
  • Commercially focused mindset with strong networking abilities
