Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to join a well-established care home team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate healthcare professional to support the leadership of a home specialising in the care of people with long-term neurological conditions, physical and learning disabilities, often associated with complex nursing needs.

Salary: £65,000 per annum
Location: West Midlands
Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

• Leadership: Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated care team to deliver the highest standards of care for residents.
• Operational Oversight: Support the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring smooth and effective service delivery.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the home meets CQC standards and all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Financial Management: Contribute to budget and resource management, supporting the home's financial sustainability.
• Relationship Building: Create strong, positive relationships with residents, their families and care professionals.
• Culture & Environment: Promote a warm, inclusive and person-centred environment where residents feel valued and safe.

• Must hold the required qualifications (Registered Nurse with active PIN - RLND/RGN/RNMH)
• At least 2+ years' experience as a Registered Manager in a care or nursing home.
• Strong Knowledge and confidence in CQC regulations, Safeguarding and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills.
