An established domiciliary care provider in Cheshire East is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a growing home care service.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care, strong compliance, and excellent team performance. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong understanding of CQC standards, quality assurance, safeguarding, and operational management.
Key responsibilities.
- Lead and develop the care team.
- Oversee compliance, quality, and governance.
- Support staff recruitment, training, and supervision.
- Manage client relationships and service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement across the service.
- Experienced in domiciliary care management.
