Primera Healthcare London Β is seeking an ambitious and motivated Registered Manager to lead our established London service delivering approximately 1900 hours of care per week, with strong potential for future growth.

YOUR ROLE

As Registered Manager, you will oversee:

βœ” Day-to-day operations of the service
βœ” CQC compliance and quality standards
βœ” Safeguarding and governance processes
βœ” Staff leadership and development
βœ” Audits, risk management, and quality assurance
βœ” Service growth and performance
βœ” Relationships with Local Authorities and healthcare professionals
βœ” Delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care

You will play a key role in ensuring the service remains:

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Essential:

βœ” Experience within domiciliary care, supported living, or community care
βœ” Strong understanding of CQC regulations
βœ” Leadership and team management experience
βœ” Excellent communication and organisational skills
βœ” Passion for delivering high-quality care

Desirable:

βœ” Previous Registered Manager experience
βœ” NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care
βœ” Experience managing a growing service
