Why join Great Children Support?
We believe children's care should be focused on building safe, trusting relationships rather than just managing behaviours. We support children aged 8 to 17 with communication difficulties, trauma, and neurodiversity through lived core values:
● Dignity & Respect: Ensuring children feel respected, safe, and in control of themselves during every interaction.
● Individualised Care: Adapting our home environment and approach to the child, not expecting the child to adapt to us.
● Calm & Honest Ethos: Promoting a consistent, reliable environment built on transparency and accountability (what we say is what we do).
● Focus on Outcomes: Celebrating small, meaningful progress that builds confidence, independence, and long-term life skills.
As a Registered Manager with us, you're joining a leadership team that values your growth as much as your clinical expertise. You'll work directly with our Responsible Individual, Irene, enjoying high expectations, massive support, and the freedom to lead from the front.
